Role Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Manager, Legal Support Services, who will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the Legal Support Services (LSS) function to foster a respectful and productive work environment. This role will report to the Director, Human Resources.
We are seeking a high-energy self-starter who is:
A combination of prior legal assistant/ law clerk experience with people management skills would be considered highly advantageous.
The LSS function comprises of a LSS Supervisor, 47 Legal Assistants and 4 Document Specialists who support both our litigation and corporate/transactional practice areas. You will be accountable for the legal support and operations strategy, the day-to-day operations and service standards, staffing, allocation of resources, work processes and workflow distribution.

Role Summary
We are currently recruiting a Legal Assistant to join our Wills, Trusts and Estates practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys variety at a fast-paced busy desk that offers a broad range of responsibilities and challenges.
The role offers a range of legal and administrative job responsibilities in estate and trust planning administration. Prior experience in this area of law including solid administrative practice management skills and technical skills would be considered advantageous for this role. You will be required to demonstrate initiative, strong communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills and should have a desire to work in a team environment to promote a client-first focused culture. In this role you will be supporting three legal professionals.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with core work hours of Monday to Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are currently operating a hybrid work model and the successful candidate will be required to work in the office (minimum 4 days/ week).
